Registration

Participants can register for the online training or Webinar sessions from the Webinars Page

Please select a session which is convenient for you. Multiple time slots for each of the topics will be made available soon. Please note that the time specified is IST (Indian Standard Time). 

Once you click on register, you will be directed to our payment portal. Once the payment is confirmed you will be receiving a payment confirmation from the payment portal.

Please make sure that the information you enter at the time of payment will be used for your participation in the Webinar and also will be used for all communications regarding your payment and your participation for the session. 

 

Once we receive confirmation of your payment, we will be adding you to the confirmed list of participants and you will receive a confirmation email with the link for your webinar session.

We accept a wide variety of payment options via our payment partner. We also accept payments vis Google Pay. If you want to make your payment using Google pay Please ping us on +91 944 444 1190.

Attending the Webinar

Participants can attend the webinar by clicking the link for your link for the session from the confirmation e-mail sent to you.

The link is going to take you to the Webinar page. You may see a count down on the page for your session if you have arrived early for the session. 

Once the session starts you will be able to see your trainer along with the training material. You will also be able to raise your questions using the built-in chat facility or speak with your host during the Q&A session preferably after the session is complete.

Please note that the overall audio and visual quality greatly depends on the speed and reliability of your internet connection. You may notice some quality issues if your internet speeds are poor.

Terms and Conditions

 

The participants of the webinars are advised to use a Windows or Mac-based personal computers with speakers/headphones to listen to the presenter. 

A good internet connection with a minimum bandwidth of 2 Mbps is required to be to attend the webinar.

 

Ensure you have read and understood the system requirements available on the webinar's launch page. You may use the system requirements check tool to make sure that your computer or device is fully supported.

For attending our Webinars using mobile devices, Android  & iOS apps are available. However, we are testing these apps at the moment. We recommend using these apps only as of the last resort and are not supported at the moment.  

 

If your device does not meet the listed system requirements but you had registered to pay the session charges, the amount will not be refunded.


If for any personal reasons, participants are not able to attend the session after registering and paying for a session, the amount paid towards session charges will not be refunded.


If a participant is not able to attend session after registering and paying for a session due to internet connectivity, laptop/desktop/mobile device issues at the participant's end, the payment for the will not be refunded.

If the webinar organizers have to cancel the session due to any technical or other issues/scenarios, all effort will be made to schedule alternate sessions within a fortnight. The participants registered and paid for the canceled session will be provided a maximum of 2 dates/time options to select from and participate at no additional charges. No refund of the paid amount will be made to participants if they are not able to attend the alternate sessions.

The Q&A session is equally open for all participants and questions will be addressed on a first come basis. All effort will be made to address all questions raised within the stipulated session timing.

 

Registering and paying for the session does not automatically guarantee a participant the opportunity to raise a question and get a response within the stipulated session timing. If there are questions that are not addressed, those will be provided a written response within a week of the session and emailed to all attending participants.
